Engineering Manager, Rula

• 5+ years of professional experience specifically building and maintaining backend platform infrastructure or shared services that support multiple product engineering teams
• 3+ years of experience directly managing a high-performing engineering team, with a focus on people development, performance management, and building high-trust environments
• A proven track record of mentoring senior-level engineers in technical domains such as distributed systems, microservices architecture, or cloud-native infrastructure
• High familiarity with AWS (specifically IAM, VPC, and EKS) to ensure the scalability and security of core libraries
• Demonstrated experience maintaining shared tooling and services with a focus on reliability, including establishing SLOs and managing high-availability systems
