Who you are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
What the job involves
- Axway is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Communications Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025
- This role will play a key part in supporting our internal communications efforts, including the Axway Summer Learning program
- The intern will also assist the communications team with improving Axway's blog and other operational projects
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of internal communication strategies
- Support the coordination and promotion of the Axway Summer Learning program
- Create engaging content for internal newsletters, emails, and intranet updates
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and share relevant information
- Help organize and manage the logistics of the summer learning events and activities
- Develop promotional materials and communications to encourage employee participation
- Assist in tracking and reporting on program engagement and feedback
- Assist in a blog clean-up project which will include:
- Aligning tags
- Blog image audit
- CTA updates
- Help maintain the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication of content
- Support various communications and marketing projects as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
- Duration: 8-12 weeks
- Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
