Senior Executive Recruiter, Unity

• Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels, including SVPs and VPs
• Proven recruiting experience, in executive recruiting and searches, working for technology companies or top executive search agencies
• Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels with strong ability to influence and communicate
• Able to articulate and implement standard methodologies that deliver a diverse pipeline of candidates
• Proven strength in assessing leadership capabilities and functional skills of candidates
• Experienced in presenting and negotiating complex offers
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
• This position requires the incumbent to have a sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language since the performance of the duties related to this position requires frequent and regular communication with colleagues and partners located worldwide and whose common language is English

• We work with Unity’s executive leadership as consultants; partnering to develop and innovate recruiting strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the most senior leaders and partner throughout the search process, providing regular updates and high-touch experiences
• Work closely with Talent Strategy leadership on strategic goals related to executive hiring
• Partner with Unity leaders to identify search requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
• Assess executive candidates through screens, on-site interviews, and panel feedback
• Develop strategies for market map, proactively pipeline, and build innovative approaches to find the right talent
• Partner with Executive and Equity compensation team to build offer models, extend, and negotiate offers
• Leverage recruiting technology to find, track and share candidate intelligence
