Who you are
- Extensive experience in channel sales and leadership within high-growth software, SaaS, or services businesses
- Proven success collaborating with alliance partners, ISVs, and VARs, with expertise in sectors such as insurance and public
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering exceptional results
- Over 7 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, backed by a strong network in the security channel
- A strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, adept at hands-on problem-solving and driving innovation
- Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver data-driven presentations that effectively communicate key insights to executive audiences
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with channel partners at all levels, including the C-suite
What the job involves
- As Bishop Fox continues to experience rapid growth, we're expanding and seeking an AVP of Channel/Alliances to lead our indirect go-to-market strategy and drive revenue across all regions
- In this role, you'll lead a growing team focused on partner strategy and program execution, enhancing our partner network and overall impact
- You'll collaborate across departments to build an integrated, global channel partner ecosystem
- Design and execute Bishop Fox’s non-direct sales programs to build pipeline and accelerate growth
- Set and achieve ambitious non-direct sales pipeline and booking targets
- Cultivate and manage executive relationships with key strategic channel and ecosystem partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, consulting, product, and operations to align non-direct sales strategy
- Serve as the global channel leader, driving all channel initiatives
- Represent Bishop Fox at industry events, delivering presentations and thought leadership
- Analyze key metrics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
- Leverage the latest in channel sales technology to streamline and scale processes
- Provide strategic input in leadership meetings to enhance overall business impact
- Partner with field marketing to design and execute strategies for non-direct sales

Cybersecurity software is used by many businesses across the world to mitigate their cyber risk, yet breaches are still common. A prime reason for this is the lack of visibility businesses have into the roots of their IT and data stacks, making it difficult to truly understand and prevent future attacks.
Bishop Fox sets itself apart through its offensive cyber threat prevention platform which is focused on applying a "forward defense" approach (with risk visibility and prevention instead of reaction). The company achieves this by mapping IT stacks to facilitate real-time visibility of attack perimeters, applying complex real-world cyber threat scenarios to assess resilience, and conducting continuous attack emulations.
The attack surface management category has grown in importance in recent years, especially for software. As a result, the market has become increasingly crowded. Bishop Fox has, however, raised impressive funding which it will use towards growing its team and expanding its product offering in order to further set themselves apart.
