HR Data Analyst, Docplanner

• Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights
• Have 2+ years of experience in the business/ data/ HR analysis area
• Experience in working with business oriented teams, knowing how to adjust their way of explanation to the audience
• Experience in data management and visualization (experience in Tableau is a plus)
• Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research; can work with multiple sources of data
• Experience in leading and executing end-to-end Data projects
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

• Our primary objective is to assist business in making decisions based on data, with a particular emphasis on producing global reports as the primary and most reliable source of information
• A team of 12 experts provides support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short-term and long-term projects
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, we strive to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations that enable us to gain a deep understanding of how we can enhance the satisfaction of both doctors and patients
• Derive facts from data and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations
• Support the People Experience (HR) team with identifying opportunities and making intelligent, data-driven decisions. You will execute end-to-end data projects and be the main point of contact for the internal stakeholders
• Leverage reporting, data analytics, data quality and visualization to provide insights for routine and ad-hoc operational requests
• Co-creating key definitions of KPIs, and ensuring their global alignment
