Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Looker BI, Excel/Gsheets and Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and the lead-to-torevenue lifecycle
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Desirable experience with sales enablement tools and technologies
- Desirable Qualifications: Familiarity with a programming language (preferably SQL, VBA or Python) ; Familiarity with financial products and markets; Familiarity with payments space and experience in FP&A
What the job involves
- The role is critical for supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights and implementing strategies to accelerate revenue growth
- The analyst will work closely with local leadership and regional offices across Brazil, alongside our Ebury Connect team reporting into HQ in London, UK
- Sales Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track performance
- Ebury Connect Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the commercial performance, adoption, and usage of the Ebury Connect platform, specifically tracking key integration methods (APIs, ERP connectors, SFTP/H2H) and the uptake of local Brazilian payment rails such as PIX within the platform
- Sales Process Optimisation: Collaborate to enhance existing sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts to identify opportunities for growth, customer segmentation, and cross-selling/up-selling, with a focus on opportunities for Ebury Connect penetration
- Product Insights & Feedback: Utilize data from Ebury Connect to identify user friction points, suggest enhancements for the local Brazilian offering, and provide commercial feedback to product and technology teams regarding platform usability and features
- CRM Management: Maintain and optimise the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing training support
- Sales Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and collaborate with the technology team to implement appropriate tools
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to align sales acceleration initiatives with overall business objectives

Ebury provides foreign exchange, money transfer and other currency services to small and medium businesses and their banking partners. Demand for its services is increasing in a world that's becoming more globalised, with SMEs trading internationally as well as in their domestic market.
Ebury serves more than 45,000 clients a day and processes over $21 Billion of transactions a year. Investment from Santander in 2020 provided Ebury access to Santander's huge SME customer base, assisting it in a huge period of international growth. This has fuelled the company's global expansion, operating in 21 countries.
There is a lot of competition for these customers, with fast-growing companies like Adyen, Monzo, Revolut and Transferwise going after this market in Europe. Gaining distribution, as it has done in Brazil through a partnership with global payments provider Nium, will give Ebury an edge as it continues to expand.
