What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and lead the development of our AutoBI product, which is a comprehensive analytic suite that helps automotive retailers manage and grow their business
- You’ll work closely with our specialist automotive team to shape the vision, strategy and development of our offerings
- Reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on translating customer needs and market insights into actionable product plans, and who enjoys leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and innovative solutions
- Shape and lead the AutoBI product roadmap, aligning with Bumper’s strategic goals
- Translate customer needs and market insights into clear, actionable product plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver impactful features
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform future iterations
- Analyse product usage data and customer feedback to continuously improve the experience
- Champion a customer-centric mindset and foster a collaborative, innovative team culture
- Support go-to-market planning and product launches in collaboration with commercial teams
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy
