Account Manager, Greenly

• 4-5 years of previous experience in account management or sales
• Experience managing enterprise accounts

Desirable

• You are responsible for building strong relationships with customers and prospects by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and developing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client questions and identify new business opportunities.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs, and help them through email/phone calls ☎️
• Build and develop relationships with customers and potential new customers based on trust and respect
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives 🤝
• Liaise between the customer and internal teams
• Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes

• Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
