Who you are
- If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product marketing and B2B SaaS, we’d love to hear from you!
- 4+ years in product marketing or growth marketing for technical products, preferably in B2B SaaS, Consumer Technology, or AI Applications
- Proven experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on refining product messaging and value propositions
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into compelling marketing content for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, leveraging innovative product marketing tactics in competitive B2B SaaS environments
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with sales, product, and external partners to drive measurable results
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment with a fast-paced execution mindset is a plus
- You are comfortable working in-person 5 days a week
What the job involves
- We are seeking our first Product Marketing Manager, someone who can refine our product messaging, drive go-to-market strategies, and collaborate closely with sales, engagement, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met at each stage of the lifecycle
- Develop and implement product positioning and messaging that differentiates Hebbia in the market and resonates with our target audience
- Serve as the key liaison between product, GTM, and engagement, ensuring alignment on feature releases, collateral, and messaging
- Collaborate with customers to create case studies and co-branded success stories
- Own development and standardization of GTM and engagement collateral (one-pagers, slide decks, blog posts, battle cards) to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Conduct market research to deeply understand user personas, competition, and trends, ensuring product-market fit
- Use marketing approaches (paid, social media, email, webinars, conferences, content) to increase awareness and adoption
- Monitor and analyze campaign and product launch performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
Our take
Founded in 2020, Hebbia is an AI-powered search engine that processes complex requests through the use of deep learning techniques and models that aid in knowledge graph work, semantic analysis, and AI.
The first product the company produced was a Chrome plugin that upgrades the search function to reach beyond traditional text pattern matching, and instead begins to comprehend the query and how answers might be given on the page.
Raising funding from Peter Thiel, Index Ventures, Jerry Yang (Yahoo founder), and Ram Sriram (one of the first Google investors) to name a few, capital has been put towards building the engineering team and accelerating the development of products on the platform, as well as expanding its customer base into that of the professional services industries.
