Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team
- The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of financial analysis, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- 2-4 years of experience in a strategic finance or FP&A role at a high growth company or in a management consulting, investment bank, or private equity role
- Strong data analytics, financial modeling, forecasting and variance analysis
- Ability to turn financial data into Executive and Investor level presentations
- Experience in Adaptive Planning and Workday is a plus
- You have a proven track record of building data-driven plans, securing buy-in, and executing effectively—while staying focused on what drives the biggest impact in a fast-paced environment
- You’re highly organized and set a high bar for timeliness, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through
What the job involves
- This is a unique opportunity to support the fastest growing business unit of the company through a strategic finance and FP&A lens, and you’ll play a key part in driving the organization’s financial decision-making process to support long-term growth
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and ROI modeling
- Translate financial results into board level commentary, monthly business unit review materials, and KPIs in partnership with the Strategy & Ops, Accounting and Executive teams
- Lead process improvement and automation through modeling enhancements, streamlining reporting and building out new processes to better support our business partners
- Effectively communicate financial results to identify risks and opportunities within the business
