• The Senior Compliance Analyst ensures adherence to legal and internal regulations by working with the Compliance Manager to develop policies, conduct audits, and implement compliance procedures across departments, while proactively managing risk assessments, employee training, and regulatory documentation for leadership
• The ideal candidate has a strong background in compliance, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, ideally with experience in IT, security, compliance, audit and relevant certifications
• Ensure business processes and transactions comply with legal and internal guidelines
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, applying them to company operations
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance across departments
• Conduct audits, compliance control testing, and risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance risk
• Manage documentation, evidence, and reporting related to compliance activities and findings for leadership
• Work with the Compliance Manager to Own/Manage the Due Diligence Process
• Lead training and education on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices for employees
• Coordinate responses and due diligence requests from regulators and external parties
• Perform compliance checks on IT systems, user accounts, and security infrastructure, promoting adherence to IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance policies
