• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and accounting systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and AP best practices

• Minted is excited to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist within the Finance Team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting the company’s day-to-day accounts payable function
• Reporting to the “Accounts Payable Accountant”, this role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, vendor relationship management, maintaining and updating invoice coding instructions, and other tasks as assigned
• Work with offshore resources to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing,
• Communicating any corrective action or changes, as necessary
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure invoice approvals are processed timely
• Ensure all invoices are supported with proper documentation, according to company

• Manage and update vendor coding instructions for the AP team
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with W-9 and 1099 requirements
• Review, reconcile, and respond to vendor inquiries, resolving any discrepancies
• Prepare vendor accrual reports for month end and year end close
• Prepare other month end and year end reconciliations as it relates to AP and related
