Who you are
- Social Marketing Expertise: Deep, fluent expertise in paid social channels, ad formats, and the broader social advertising landscape
- Commercial & Strategic Acumen: Proven track record of managing a high-value portfolio in a commercial environment, with demonstrated success in driving renewals, revenue expansion, and cross-selling
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong experience collaborating with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to drive multi-solution adoption and product strategy alignment
- Organizational & Operational Impact: Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams, establish best practices, and improve operational workflows across teams
- Stakeholder & Executive Management: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to influence senior brand/agency stakeholders and navigate complex business discussions
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Depth: High level of comfort with data for strategic storytelling, performance analysis, and resolving complex operational or billing challenges
- Self-Directed & Market-Aware: A proactive leader with strong ownership, capable of driving impact at scale across the UK and EMEA markets

What the job involves
- Join us to lead complex, high-value accounts with a focus on long-term growth, cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence
- Sitting within our commercial organisation in London, this role is dedicated to driving the expansion and success of our Social Ads Manager product across the UK/EMEA market
- At this level, you will play a pivotal role in driving account expansion, guiding strategic planning, and ensuring clients realize the full commercial and operational value of the Innovid platform
- As a subject matter expert in social marketing, you will manage your own portfolio of business to protect and grow revenue
- You will work closely with Sales and Sales Engineering on cross-sell opportunities and multi-solution adoption, while partnering directly with Product on feature launches, enhancements, and client communication
- Beyond individual account management, your work will shape how teams deliver across the broader CS organisation through leading cross-functional workstreams and cultivating key stakeholder relationships
- Strategic Account Leadership & Growth: Lead complex, high-value client accounts, owning long-term account growth plans and ensuring clients maximize value from our Social Ads Manager platform
- Commercial Opportunities & Renewals: Identify and drive commercial growth opportunities—owning account renewals in partnership with Client Success leadership, and driving multi-solution adoption and revenue expansion
- Sales & Sales Engineering Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales and Sales Engineering on cross-sell opportunities, pitching social capabilities to existing accounts and converting client needs into winning commercial strategies
- Social Marketing Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor and social marketing expert, translating social campaign performance and platform capabilities into actionable business insights and strategic growth plans
- Product Partnership & Communication: Work closely with the Product team on upcoming feature launches and platform enhancements, ensuring seamless client rollouts and effective product messaging
- Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Workstreams: Lead the implementation of strategic client initiatives, guide process improvements, and spearhead cross-functional workstreams that elevate execution and client experience across the broader CS org
- Complex Billing & Operational Resolution: Act as a key partner in resolving complex billing issues—collaborating across internal teams to align timelines, delivery, and invoicing, while refining best practices for billing accuracy and consistency
- Executive Alignment & QBRs: Lead high-level client discussions, QBRs, and executive engagements to articulate strategic value, surface growth opportunities, and mitigate churn risks early
