What the job involves

As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you’ll be at the core of our operations, working alongside experienced buyers on exciting and impactful projects
Evolutive and corrective maintenance of the tools used by the procurement function, including the collection of user needs, incidents, bugs, statements of work drafting, exchanges with internal departments (e.g. IT, Finance...) but also external partners (software vendors)
Support for the improvement of processes and data management to offer both a better experience and reporting/dashboarding to internal users and buyers;
Development, monitoring and analysis of the performance indicators of the procurement function, such as the contract coverage rate, the level of satisfaction of internal customers, the respect of deadlines, etc.
Participation in strategic purchasing initiatives (supplier risk management, spend analysis, contract mapping, SRM...)
