Senior Software Engineer, Prima

• You have 5 years experience in backend development
• Good knowledge of Elixir
• You are passionate about programming and you are enthusiast about trying new technologies, regardless of the used language
• You love to help other developers to grow and improve
• You like to "do things in the right way" by using pattern design, refactoring and coding standards
• You have experience in the world of Domain Driven Design, Event Sourcing and CQRS

• As a Senior Software Engineer in the Claims Domain, you’ll be crucial in the evolution of the internal claims management platform
• Together we will shape the next iteration of the platform, making it more scalable, flexible and adaptable to the changing demands of the market
• The continuous improvement of the internal portal had enabled Prima to make dealing with the claims faster and efficient, making a stressful event easier to navigate, without the added weight of a complicated and difficult to understand process
• We do that by challenging the idea that we are ever done, that there is no room for improvement, that we have provided the best solution to the problem at hand
• We are Alchemists by trade (we 💜 Elixir), but our stack includes also other popular languages, with an increasing love shown toward Rust
