Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco, Contently, Builder.io), a solid understanding of SEO principles, and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Heap
- 3-5 years of experience in website content management, digital marketing, or a related role
- Proficiency in managing content via CMS platforms (experience with Contently, Builder.io, WordPress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content and site structure optimization
- Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Heap (or similar) to track and report on key performance metrics
- Possesses excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, as well as, has a strong eye for detail
- Collaborative and comfortable working across teams, including marketing, creative, and tech stakeholders
- Strong creative writing skills
- Is proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team
What the job involves
- We are looking for an Online Content and SEO Lead to join our Marketing team and own the management and optimization of Pacaso’s website content and organic search performance
- This person will lead website content updates, implement SEO best practices, analyze site performance, and collaborate across teams to enhance the digital experience
- Manage, create, and maintain Pacaso’s website, including offers, events, and landing pages, ensuring updates align with our brand and marketing strategy while delivering a seamless user experience
- Ensure website updates align with our brand and marketing strategy while delivering a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive and implement SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, alignment with marketing campaigns, and drive performance
- Monitor and analyze site performance and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics and Heap
- Partner with SEO consultants and internal stakeholders to implement best practices in content optimization and technical SEO
- Provide insights based on data to inform content decisions and overall website strategy
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime

Second home ownership has traditionally been a privilege of the wealthy, due to the costs involved in purchasing and maintaining an additional property. However, the vast majority of the 100M second homes worldwide sit empty 10 to 11 months a year.
Seizing this opportunity, Pacaso seeks to give more people a chance at second home ownership with a unique co-ownership model, which allows individuals to purchase fractions of a property, benefit from it as guests and rent it out to generate additional income.
The business has grown exponentially since its founding in October 2020. According to Crunchbase, it's achieved Unicorn status faster than any other company. In its first six months of operation, Pacaso received more than 60,000 requests and assisted 100 purchases. This impressive trajectory not only highlights its strong market demand but also positions the company for a successful journey ahead.
