Who you are
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a relevant experience
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing/campaign operations or similar roles
- Deep expertise across full lifecycle campaign development, including triggered workflows, transactional messaging, and personalized communications at scale
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, Customer.io, Marketo), with demonstrated experience optimizing complex workflows
- Strong knowledge of SQL and comfort working with customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and real-time event tracking tools
- Experience applying AI/ML models in lifecycle marketing, such as send-time optimization, content personalization, or predictive segmentation
- Proven ability to work cross functionally with both business and technical stakeholders, while communicating insights effectively
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and strategies
- Strong ability to problem solve with an eye for detail
- Passionate about improving the digital experience for patients
What the job involves
- Talkiatry is looking for a forward-thinking Marketing Operations Senior Analyst to lead the strategic evolution of our lifecycle marketing operations and data infrastructure
- You’ll play a pivotal role in building intelligent, scalable data systems that ensure patients receive personalized, timely, and impactful communication across every step of their healthcare journey
- In this role, you'll operate with a high degree of autonomy and be responsible for optimizing our marketing operations ecosystem—from defining automation workflows and shaping data architecture to advanced experimentation and reporting
- You'll actively help in building the future of marketing at Talkiatry by integrating cutting-edge AI tools, setting best practices, and driving operational excellence across the marketing funnel
- You’ll serve as both an executional leader and a strategic partner, collaborating with Lifecycle Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering to power campaigns that are precise, personalized, and results-driven
- Drive and evolve the marketing automation infrastructure to ensure scalability, efficiency, and AI integration across the full customer lifecycle
- Own overall oversight and monitoring of lifecycle programs to ensure consistent and efficient deliverability across channels including email, SMS and push marketing
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to conceptualize and execute highly personalized, multi-step engagement campaigns
- Oversee campaign operations, including resource planning, timeline management, QA, and stakeholder communication for seamless execution
- Identify and incorporate emergent AI related tools and platforms into workflows to improve performance and efficiency
- Serve as the internal platform expert on marketing tools such as Iterable, Mailgun, Twilio and more
- Work with internal partners to troubleshoot, escalate and resolve operational issues as they arise
- Design and implement sophisticated experimentation frameworks, including AI-powered A/B tests and multi-variant testing to optimize engagement, retention, and conversion
- Establish and document scalable operational processes, integrating performance dashboards and campaign analytics to inform continuous optimization
- Drive innovation in lifecycle marketing by exploring new channels, integrating AI/ML tools, and enhancing the user journey with contextual personalization and behavioral insights
