Who you are
- Excellent skills in communication and structured coordination for the efficient management and support of (new) partners
- Ability to coordinate partners, customers, and internal teams, aligning them towards shared success
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment with a solution-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Diligent and precise, with a strong focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality results
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office and Google Slides/Sheets for efficient data processing and presentation
- Strong understanding of customer needs, partner requirements, and ensuring high work quality
- Practical experience through relevant internships or full-time positions with direct customer interaction
- Excellent German and English Skills. Fluent in spoken and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex content precisely and professionally
- Relevant internships or employment in management consulting, high-growth companies, or startups, with a focus on analytical and strategic challenges
- Above-average degree in a business, engineering, or natural science major from a recognized university
What the job involves
- Responsibility for the partnerships sector and its strategic development
- Identification, qualification, and management of partners along a commercially oriented funnel via HubSpot
- Professional integration and management of new partners to achieve measurable commercial results
- Development and preparation of relevant materials to support the sales process
- Participation in conferences, webinars, and events to strengthen the company’s presence
- Contribution to scalable processes that drive business success and sustainable growth
