Senior Finance Manager, CoreWeave

• 7+ years experience in finance, accounting, or other related business field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related field
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Experience leading or supporting FP&A process improvement, enablement, or transformation initiatives

• The Senior Finance Manager - FP&A Business Health role will focus on automation and simplification through processes, systems, and controls
• You will lead initiatives that allow the company to scale efficiently, partnering closely with FP&A, Tax, IT, Supply Chain, and Accounting to drive adoption of new tools and workflows
• Success in this role requires strong project management, being agile, and a passion for turning complex processes into simple, repeatable solutions
• Ensure our close and forecast financials are automated with the proper controls accurately in our systems and tools
• Process Improvement: Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver on key strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, primarily Tax and IT, to support overall business goals and ensure alignment with FP&A
