Role
Who you are
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical architecture
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability in technical integrations and conducting POCs
- Proficiency in coding with high-level programming languages (Java, Go, Python)
- Solid understanding of Monitoring, Observability, Log Management, SIEM
- Background in Engineering/DevOps will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in Technical Sales of Log Analytics, Monitoring, APM, RUM, SIEM is desirable
- Hybrid work - 3 days a week working from San Mateo, Boston or Dallas
- Candidates must be Bi-lingual in both Spanish and English
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry
- Candidates should have hands-on experience and the ability to integrate these technologies into customer environments, providing tailored solutions that meet diverse operational requirements

- Solution Engineer at Coralogix are key in meeting our customers’ expectations and helping them utilize their observability and security data
- We are looking for hard-working, sharp, and humble professionals with proven technical customer-facing experience
- Our architects are trusted advisors and consult our customers upon their monitoring, security & observability journey
- Major Solution Engineers are a senior-level role expected to professionally and accurately present technical presentations across different personas, from software engineers and DevOps all the way to the C-suite
- Collaborate with account executives to strategize, prepare, and execute on complex, technical sales cycles
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight our unique value proposition and the solutions we provide
- Oversee the technical aspects of the sales process, including sizing, discovering and Proof of Concepts
- Develop custom solutions to bridge any gaps and enhance the core offerings of our product
- Possess a thorough understanding of the Observability market, advising customers on best practices and the most appropriate solutions for their needs

The drive towards data-driven business decision making, coupled with the rising complexity of data infrastructure has led to huge amounts of capital investment into Data Observability companies.
Coralogix is one such company – along with the likes of Crible and Monte-Carlo – to have secured hundreds of millions in funding as they look to get ahead of the competition. Each offers solutions that ensure the integrity and quality of data, but Coralogix sets itself apart by not requiring manual indexing from engineers.
The knock on effect of this model is that engineers can make faster queries, while large-scale data systems are able to grow without burdening engineers with manual tasks.
Though founded in Israel in 2014, Coralogix has been scaling aggressively since 2019, opening a second HQ in California and offices in India and the UK. Considering the health of the Data Observability market as well as its heavy funding, Coralogix looks well positioned for further growth, especially off the back of 2022 funding and its 2023 release of a Tracing Cost Optimiser, which claims to save 90% more on data ingestion costs.
