Role
Who you are
- ±5 years of client-facing experience in managing a large customer portfolio, ideally at a SaaS company
- Strong prioritization and execution capabilities, driven by customer needs, business impact, and expansion potential
- The ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans to drive expansion
- An analytical mindset in combination with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- A deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- The ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives, and track successful delivery
- Fluent in English and Dutch
What the job involves
- Join Customer Experience at Personio, using your subject-matter expertise to build relationships with our customers and help them maximize their value every day
- Together, we’re solving real problems for real people
- As part of the Emerging Corporates Team, you enable our customers to maximize their product experience by driving product adoption and growth opportunities at scale
- Manage up to 50 International Emerging Corporate customers in the Mid Market
- Build and nurture strong relationships with your customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted partner throughout their customer life-cycle journey at Personio
- Prioritize based on customer focus to ensure that no customer is overlooked or underserved
- Leverage data to effectively drive the successful adoption and retention of your customers
- Identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans for expansion in close collaboration with the Growth Manager
- Act as the voice of the customer and help translate their needs into product requirements
