Role
Who you are
- 5–8 years of senior-level Product Marketing experience. Demonstrated success in high-growth, fast-paced environments with ownership across multiple product lines.
- Proven track record owning GTM strategy and driving revenue for technical products with long, complex sales cycles
- Strong familiarity with data products, applied AI/ML, or the insurance ecosystem. Experience in insurtech or risk modeling is highly valued
- Exceptional messaging and storytelling skills: you know how to translate technical details into clear, compelling value
- Comfortable working with data: able to analyze large datasets, extract key insights, and translate them into strategic and tactical GTM actions
- Deep experience creating sales enablement content that gets used (decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, battlecards, etc.)
- Strong cross-functional leadership: You can drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing without formal authority
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment: you get things done without waiting for perfect inputs
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution and drive revenue growth across ZestyAI’s expanding product portfolio
- You’ll own positioning, launches, content, and sales enablement for key product lines, turning technical innovation into clear messaging, compelling assets, and GTM strategies that convert
- You’ll lead product and feature launches, shape the narrative in partnership with Product, enable the field alongside Sales, and collaborate with Marketing to drive demand
- This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll help establish ZestyAI as the category leader in property and climate risk analytics
- This role will report to the Head of Marketing
- Own GTM for product and feature launches: Develop and execute launch strategies across the ZestyAI platform, translating technical AI and data products into business value for P&C insurance, and driving awareness, adoption, and revenue
- Track and communicate business impact: Partner with Marketing Ops to measure the performance of your initiatives, including influenced pipeline, product adoption, and win rates
- Use data to validate strategy and guide iteration.Craft messaging that resonates: Build sharp positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with underwriters, actuaries, product leaders, and executives
- Drive sales readiness: Create field enablement materials—including pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling, and competitive battlecards—that actually get used and help close deals
- Create high-impact content: Lead development of thought leadership, product collateral, and campaign content that fuels every stage of the buyer journey and supports demand generation
- Partner across teams: Align with Product on roadmap and launches; Sales on feedback and deals; Customer Success on delivery and enablement; Marketing on campaigns and execution
- Be the voice of the market: Run win/loss interviews and gather insights from customers, prospects, sales conversations, and competitors. Feed those learnings back into product strategy, messaging, and positioning to sharpen ZestyAI’s edge and uncover new growth opportunities

Insurance companies must conduct checks on anything being insured to calculate its approximate risk, and whilst this is regularly performed on a macro level, granular information about individual properties is often not available. Due to the scarcity of this information, many homeowners and businesses struggle to get insured due to unrealistic risk forecasts.
Zesty.ai provides an AI-driven insurance intelligence platform, collecting granular information on properties such as aerial imagery, permits, and weather to offer insurance providers a more detailed understanding of a property’s risk. The company claims that this approach will help clients get insurance when they otherwise couldn't, whilst allowing insurance providers to tap into a new market.
Whilst other insurance startups are leveraging AI to provide more data-driven insights into risk levels, Zesty.ai has uniquely specialized in climate-related data such as aerial imaging and weather, helping clients tackle the growing wildfire risks in the U.S. The company also archives such data for use in climate risk models to power AI-driven products such as fire, hail, and flood risk calculators.
