What the job involves

Headway’s Talent team is hiring a Contract Sourcer for our high-volume Sales and Customer Care recruiting functions to identify exceptional talent for our sales team. In this role, you’ll utilize tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter to source qualified candidates across a host of geographies
You’ll also support our Talent team to coordinate and schedule initial phone screens with candidates and our hiring teams. This is a mission-critical role for Headway as we aim to achieve our ambitious growth goals over the next quarter and beyond
Source and screen top sales & customer care talent across various recruiting platforms, adhering to metrics-based targets
Analyze passthrough rate data to drive efficiency and candidate quality
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem and Greenhouse to build high-quality top of funnel for high priority roles
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care hiring teams to track search progress during sprint periods

In the US, 1 in 4 citizens are living with treatable mental health conditions. But a vast majority of people are unable to access the care they need, often due to cost. Headway connects clients with therapists who accept insurance as payment, and provides independent practitioners with the tools and resources needed to both serve their patients and manage administrative workloads.

Headway’s concept is timely, with national mental health under particular strain following recent events. The company facilitates over 600,000 appointments per month and has attracted backing from the likes of Accel and Google Ventures. It is working to broaden its presence across the US while building out its product and pursuing the application of AI in health care.
