- 4+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves
- The Executive Assistant will support our San Francisco executives in anticipating their needs and helping them stay focused by owning operational and administrative tasks.
- You will move quickly in a fast-paced environment and will be up to date with the latest updates at Harvey.
- You will be organized, analytical, proactive, and possess strong communication skills
- Provide support to the executives in administrative functions including calendaring, schedule management, email management, travel coordination, expenses, and other high-priority items
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including interviews, customer meetings, all-hands, off- site events, etc
- Proactively manage calendar priorities based on customer meetings, fiscal calendars, current projects, etc
- Take notes, manage action items, and assist in running meetings when needed
- Effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize the executives needs
- Ad-hoc projects as needed

This approach has seen the company raise substantial funding, reaching Unicorn status in 2024. Funds will be used to expand to new geographies, grow headcount and further collect and curate data to train more “domain-specific” AI models.
