Who you are
- Successfully completed university studies in the field of informatics, computer science or a similar area
- You have a first experience in project management and leading software implementation teams
- You possess strong skills in facilitating client workshops and translating business needs into clear functional requirements
- You are adept at identifying opportunities for process optimization
- You have a proven track record in client relationship management
- You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Managed Services onboarding team
- In this role, you’ll mainly contribute to onboard new and existing client to Regnology Cloud, a SaaS Platform to deploy and manage Regnology Product instances in Google Cloud
- You will collaborate closely with Site Reliability Engineers and other various teams (R Cloud, IT, PS, etc)
- Your technical expertise, learning skills and communication abilities will be essential for success
- Perform a wide variety of tasks during software implementation projects. This primarily includes, but is not limited to, project management and leading software implementation teams, conceptualizing and facilitating client workshops, and defining optimization scenarios for more complex reporting aspects
- Internal optimization and automation of tasks and processes related to our solution
- Actively contribute to business development efforts and the onboarding of new clients
