Company mission
To help companies create outstanding customer conversations with AI because people deserve great customer service.
Role
Who you are
- More than 5 years of experience in managing social media and growing online communities
- Are an exceptional editor and writer who can spot a great hook and protect a sharp, human voice
- Understand how ideas, people, and narratives spread online because you’re genuinely immersed in B2B tech
- Know what makes someone — or a brand — worth following
- Can manage agencies and keep external partners accountable without becoming dependent on them
- Know how to build genuine relationships with influential people
- Are comfortable pushing for a stronger point of view when the safe version is forgettable
- Move quickly when something interesting is happening
What the job involves
- As our Social & Influence Lead, you’ll own how Parloa shows up in the conversations shaping our market: making our corporate channels worth following, positioning our executives as influential voices, and building relationships with the people our audience already listens to
- This isn’t a passive social media management job. It’s an influence-building job
- You’ll own Parloa’s LinkedIn, X, and emerging social accounts, making them feel less like corporate distribution channels and more like content people want in their feeds
- Define what Parloa talks about and how we sound on social media and communities
- Turn launches, industry news, research, events, and company moments into content people want to engage with
- Connect and amplify the best ideas coming from our executives, creators, customers, and the industry
- Experiment with writing, video, data, humor, and new formats
- Say no to content that exists only because someone thinks we should post it
- Plan and execute Parloa’s social media editorial calendar
- Own the social media metrics/KPIs, using the data to identify social media opportunities
Application process
- Talent Acquisition → Hiring Manager → Technical Interview(s) → Bar Raiser
Our take
There is an inherent lack of efficiency in many call centres. This not only creates irritation for customers and negative experiences for agents but, as a result, it harms a company’s reputation whilst generating high costs for businesses.
On a mission to put an end to the madness of a call centre, Berlin-based Parloa offers a conversation AI platform that is changing the way businesses communicate with their customers. Using artificial intelligence, Parloa provides unique solutions for companies that makes their specific service smarter.
The company has attracted impressive funding, most recently in 2025, following a tripling of its revenue growth and a 2023 entry into the US market. This investment will be used to scale its operations across the US and EU and will support its product enhancement initiatives.
