Who you are

What the job involves
- We are seeking a dedicated Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our sales team
- The MDR will focus exclusively on qualifying inbound leads, ensuring they meet the criteria to move forward in the sales process
- Your role is critical in driving business growth by efficiently identifying potential clients who are a good fit for our offerings
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Quickly assess and qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Lead Nurturing: Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
- Reporting: Track and report on lead qualification metrics and conversion rates
