Who you are
- This role requires a strong business acumen and a hands-on approach to navigating a variety of legal matters
- 2-5 years of experience with a focus on technology and commercial transactions
- Native German speaker with excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Self-driven team-player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, able to work both independently and as part of the team
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic

What the job involves
- As Legal Counsel, reporting to the Global VP of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel for the DACH region, you will provide strategic legal advice and support across our global organization
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring legal compliance while supporting the company’s growth and operations
- Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessments across the organization to support global growth and operations
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements (SaaS agreements, service agreements, DPAs, NDAs etc.)
- Ensure compliance with various regulatory frameworks across Germany and globally (GDPR, CCPA, anti-bribery regulations etc.)
- Monitor, analyze and support on regulatory and legal developments related to our activities
- Create and improve internal processes
- Corporate: link with our headquarter specialized lawyers
- Management and follow up of litigation and pre-litigation
