Customer Support Executive, One World GTM

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Support in SaaS environments
• Proven ability to manage queries in a fast-paced setting
• Strong understanding of incident management tools and processes
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for incident management, ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly and effectively
• Use tools like HubSpot to manage incident lifecycles, meet SLAs, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate across teams to escalate and resolve complex issues while enhancing customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain Help Centre resources, such as knowledge articles and support the creation of training materials, improving the self-service experience for our customers
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging customer feedback and performance analytics
