Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Support in SaaS environments
- Proven ability to manage queries in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of incident management tools and processes
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks
- Experience in SaaS, logistics, or supply chain sectors
- Proficiency in analytics tools for performance insights and feedback analysis
What the job involves
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for incident management, ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly and effectively
- Use tools like HubSpot to manage incident lifecycles, meet SLAs, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate across teams to escalate and resolve complex issues while enhancing customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain Help Centre resources, such as knowledge articles and support the creation of training materials, improving the self-service experience for our customers
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging customer feedback and performance analytics
- Your efforts will ensure our applications meet the diverse needs of global supply chains, contributing to our mission of creating sustainable, technology-driven solutions for worldwide trade
