Who you are

Right to work in the UK and live in/near London
4+ years software development experience, with 2+ years of direct Flutter experience
Passion to own the full development process form discovery to delivery, working closely with product and design
Experience with Flutter state management solutions (e.g. Riverpod)
Desire to learn and understand our backend programming (Ruby on Rails), with an opportunity to grow into a Full Stack role
Hands-on with analytics tools (Firebase, Sentry or similar), to maintain a high quality experience for our users

What the job involves

Join as our Lead Flutter Engineer and take ownership of our mobile platform. You'll be taking on two established applications with support from our Director of Engineering
Own mobile architecture and technology decisions
Drive delivery speed and quality through process automation and delivery pipelines
Take responsibility for release management: CI/CD, store submissions, privacy/data-safety compliance, release notes, and rollout strategy
