Role
Who you are
- 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing (preferably in a data-driven or regulated environment)
- Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in one or more lifecycle marketing tools (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and customer journey principles
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Looker, Amplitude, or equivalent) and ability to interpret engagement data
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects
- Understanding of compliance frameworks like CAN-SPAM, CASL, and TCPA
- Healthcare or technology industry experience a plus
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support the design, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs that guide patients through their Prenuvo journey — from booking and scanning to long-term preventive health engagement
- This role helps drive patient engagement, retention, and repeat scans through coordinated multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications

- Build and launch email, SMS, and push campaigns using the lifecycle marketing platform (e.g., Braze, Iterable, or similar)
- Manage recurring and triggered journeys based on patient milestones and lifecycle events
- Ensure content accuracy, personalization, and alignment with brand and clinical guidelines
- Support the setup and execution of A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversion
- Track and analyze performance metrics; share insights and recommend next steps for iteration
- Use available data to segment audiences by lifecycle stage, engagement level, and behavior
- Maintain accurate audience lists and support data hygiene across CRM systems
- Assist in compiling reports and dashboards on campaign performance, engagement trends, and retention metrics
- Help identify opportunities for optimization across the funnel
- Partner with Brand, Product, Data, and Clinic Operations teams to ensure messaging accuracy and alignment
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance on opt-ins, deliverability, and privacy best practices
- Improved repeat-scan and retention rates
- Increased engagement and reactivation across key post-scan touchpoints
- Incremental gains through testing and optimization
- Strong channel performance and compliance health metrics
Our take
The quantified self movement is gaining momentum, especially in the health and fitness sector. Wearable health monitors, sleep trackers, and genetic testing have all firmly entered the mainstream, and body MRI scanning service Prenuvo is taking this concept to the next level. Prenuvo’s whole body diagnostic imaging offers customers a comprehensive picture of their body, whilst screening for 500+ major conditions and cancers.
The medical benefits of approaching these diseases proactively, as opposed to reactively, are substantial. Customers will be able to catch warning signs early, meaning treatment is likely to be less invasive, with a higher success rate. Unfortunately North America, like many regions, has yet to make substantial investments in preventative healthcare. This just makes companies like Prenuvo, and the VCs who fund them, increasingly necessary.
This funding, however has been substantial, and having closed multiple funding rounds, the company is now setting its sights on Europe. The opening of its first London clinic marks the start of that expansion, brining Prenuvo's full-body MRI services to a new market with high demand for early detection and diagnostic imaging. With plans to evaluate additional cities across the continent, the company is in a position to grow its international presence.
