Role
Who you are
- At least 5 years experience in a sales position within a SaaS or marketplace company,
- Extensive experience in hunting and developing major accounts, with a concrete example of deployment within a SMB segment,
- First experience in team management and coaching,
- Proficiency in the medical sector and/or public sector stakeholders
What the job involves
- As a Teamlead Account Executive, you'll play a decisive role in the growth of Hublo’s business and teams
- Reporting to Maxime (Sales Director) and managing 5 Account Executive , you will be responsible for delivering consistent and revenue growth achieving the team objective of new ARR on new clients
- Manage and animate a team of 5 sales (Account Executive)
- Monitor performance of the team and report to the Sales Director,
- Recruit and onboard new AE,
- Support the team during the sales process to maximize and accelerate sales, participate to customer meetings & negotiations and direct closing
- Be responsible for a seamless working relationship with CS & Admin teams,
- Bring significant contribution to Hublo product evolution by providing qualitative insights from customer feedback,
- Use rigorously and enrich our internal tools, especially our CRM processes (Hubspot), and documentation, starting to be exemplary for the team
- And, finally, work with Robin, our SDR Team Lead, and her teams to optimize our growth
