Who you are

Excellent at writing performant and clean SQL (any kind with a preference for Redshift SQL or PostgreSQL)
Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets). Pivot Tables, Index Match, and Sumifs should be no secret to you!
Comfortable with Looker and LookML
Strong and open communication and collaboration. We work in a fast-paced, remote environment where constant communication and collaboration is key
Strong attention to details, hunger to learn, and creative thinking
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Analytics with an emphasis on data engineering, product and strategy
Experience in an at-scale, consumer marketplace or platform
Strong technical background

What the job involves

Change.org is searching for a Senior Analyst who is great at writing SQL, delivering analysis, building beautiful reports, and has a passion for expanding our platform to mobilize hundreds of millions of people to take deeper civic action
You will report to our Associate Director of Analytics
As a key member of our Analytics team, you’ll partner with product teams, build and maintain org-wide dashboards, collaborate with data engineers and perform complex analysis to drive actionable insights
Own relationships with product teams to help them analyze experiments and features, and identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities
Build high quality dashboards that are used across the organization to monitor key business performance and team-specific results
Work with data engineers to help ensure access, speed, and quality of data available to users across the company
Perform end-to-end complex analysis to drive actionable insights, from discovery to execution and delivery, in a fast-paced and supportive environment
