Who you are

- 2–4 years experience in performance marketing or growth marketing, ideally in a Series A B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success running and optimizing paid campaigns (SEA, social, PPC)
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot, and how to structure campaigns, workflows, and tracking
- Solid grasp of SEO/SEA best practices and how they support MQL generation
- Experience managing KPIs like CPL, CTR, CVR, MQL volume and ROAS
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across Sales, Design, and Product
Desirable
- Experience running campaigns in new markets or for niche B2B audiences
- Familiarity with Webflow or another CMS
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and analytics setup
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong growth mindset to tackle the day-to-day challenges of building and scaling targeted lead generation across European markets
- In this unique role, you’ll execute data-driven marketing campaigns to support Sales pipeline growth, test and scale acquisition channels, and help build the infrastructure needed to generate demand as we grow across new markets
- Your mission: to support Cozero’s go-to-market growth by running performance campaigns that generate a predictable, scalable pipeline of qualified inbound and outbound leads
- This is a true startup growth role, focused on executing and optimizing digital paid acquisition to fuel sales success. You’ll:
- Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting platforms
- Execute inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns aligned with target account lists
- Manage and analyze performance in HubSpot; monitor CPL, MQL conversion rates, ROAS, CTR, and CVR
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and target personas
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and channels to improve pipeline performance
- Support tracking setup (e.g., UTM strategy, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager)
- Contribute to campaign landing pages in Webflow and improve lead form UX and flow
Our take
Conflicts in the 2020s and climate change are challenging energy companies, leading to an unprecedented demand for more commitment to renewable raw materials from all stakeholders. For companies, this means it is now no longer a luxury to save CO2 emissions where possible.
Cozero is a software company that creates products to fit that need. The startup was founded to enable companies to effectively decarbonize. The startup differentiates itself from competitors by framing these CO2 savings in the language of business - each measure details CO2 saved per Euro invested.
The startup’s next steps will involve using funding to accelerate platform expansion internationally and drive multiple integrations with all types of business software and accounting tools. The more data the platform can touch, the more powerful a tool it will provide.
In the future, Cozero could become a part of company efforts to meet increasingly tight emissions regulations. However, in order to do that, it must be able to prove it can meet the high standards of climate auditors - no mean feat, but one that Cozero believes its data-first approach can resolve.
