Customer Solutions Engineer, Scarlet

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer, working with potential customers, articulating a value proposition, and solving their problems
• Naturally curious and creative, you’re comfortable exploring new problem/solution realms, often in ambiguous situations
• You have written code in a former life but don't want to do it full-time anymore
• You have superb written and verbal communication skills

• Provide thoughtful technical guidance to customers throughout the sales process and enable the world's most innovative health techs to fulfill their huge potential
• Understand potential customers’ needs and blockers. Work creatively to demonstrate how Scarlet can match their current and future needs
• To build conviction, create and deploy technical content and solutions, such as documentation, customised demos, and proof of concepts. This could include involving relevant third-party tools commonly used by potential customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build these innovative customer solutions and actively contribute to Scarlet’s product development and technical sales process improvement
• Document technical / process considerations and contribute to internal knowledge bases as a resource for cross-functional team members and customers
