8+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
Strong expertise in:
Kubernetes cluster management and Helm
Docker containerization
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Configuration management Ansible/Chef or similiar
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
Cloud platforms (OCI primary, AWS/GCP experience valuable)
Linux systems administration
Scripting in shell + Python, Go, or Java
Solid experience with:
Database operations (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Network protocols and security
Log management and analysis

Desirable

Experience in financial services or fintech
Multi-cloud deployment experience
Knowledge of security best practices
Familiarity with CloudFlare
Performance tuning experience

What the job involves

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with Software Engineering, QA, and Product teams across time zones to create and maintain scalable, reliable release pipelines
Your role will be essential in supporting production systems, ensuring stability, and driving infrastructure automation while upholding security and compliance best practices
This role would help build the distributed system that allows our engineering teams to deploy our platform in multiple geographies across various deployment solutions
The position will closely work with our functional Heads within the software, QA and product teams to deliver scalable and customisable release pipelines
Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters across cloud and on-premise environments
Design and automate CI/CD pipelines for microservices architecture
Build and enhance monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for multi-region deployments
Optimize system performance and resolve production issues
Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
Contribute to security hardening and compliance implementations
Create automation scripts to reduce manual operations
Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure and procedures
