What the job involves

We’re looking for an Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience in logistics or e-commerce to manage and grow relationships with our merchant partners, including key Tier 1 clients
You’ll be part of a dedicated account pod and work closely with cross-functional teams, especially the Merchant Success Specialists, to deliver a seamless, proactive service
Own the success and satisfaction of your merchant portfolio, acting as their trusted advisor
Drive growth by deepening client relationships and identifying new opportunities to enhance their logistics solutions and overall partnership
Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging these connections to deliver the best possible merchant experience
Continuously assess and clarify customer needs, providing expertise, guidance, and education to help merchants achieve their business goals
Collaborate closely with Merchant Success Specialists to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of any issues
Coordinate internal projects related to your merchants, working with teams across sales, operations, integrations, and more
Keep CRM and reporting tools up to date, and monitor account performance using data-driven insights
