• JD degree and a member of a U.S. state bar in good standing
• 3+ years of combined legal experience in-house and/or at a law firm, with primary focus on commercial and technology transactions
• Substantive knowledge of SaaS and software licensing agreements
• Working knowledge of GDPR and Privacy Laws
• A track record of closing complex commercial agreements

• You will report to Managing Counsel, Weights & Biases Commercial and work closely with colleagues across the US, EMEA and APAC
• Review and negotiate SaaS and software licensing agreements with enterprise customers, working closely with Sales, Finance and Product to drive deals to closure
• Review and negotiate a wide range of other commercial agreements, including data processing, professional services and partnership agreements, working with stakeholders across the organization
• Implement and improve policies, templates and processes to manage legal and business risk on a global scale
