Who you are

2-4 years of experience in backend development (experience with JVM-based languages, particularly Kotlin, is a plus)
Solid understanding of relational databases, with experience using Postgres or similar
Familiarity with cloud platforms (experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus)
Understanding of designing scalable systems and working with APIs
Strong collaboration skills, with an ability to work closely with other teams
A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement

Desirable

Familiarity with serverless architecture and Infrastructure-as-Code principles (Terraform, Kubernetes)
Experience working on integrations with third-party APIs (especially payment and accounting systems)
Active involvement in open-source projects or contributions to the developer community

What the job involves

Develop and maintain new and existing backend features that enhance our products
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement features
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, secure systems that integrate with payment providers and BaaS platforms
Work with Kotlin on the server side (experience with Kotlin is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential)
Help ensure seamless integrations with third-party systems such as payment processors and accounting platforms
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability
Learn and grow alongside our experienced team while sharing your knowledge and ideas
