What the job involves
- Cognism's goal is to become the world’s preferred lead generation platform for the SME market and data provider for the Enterprise market. Within the SDR team, you’ll find a group of dynamic, adaptable, and driven professionals who thrive on hunting new business and introducing our product to help companies grow and drive revenue
- You will be responsible for exceeding your monthly meeting quota and making a direct impact on Cognism’s growth
- Engage with a high volume of inbound leads, quickly qualifying prospects to identify potential sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, to generate new pipeline opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile to effectively assess fit and need
- Drive Performance & Results – Maintain a competitive mindset and consistently work towards exceeding targets
- Adapt & Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment – Stay agile and proactive in learning new tools, processes, and market trends
- This is an office-based role. During your initial training period, you will be required to work in the office five days a week. Once you have successfully ramped up, you will have the option to work in the office four days per week
