What the job involves

  • Reports to: COO
  • Work alongside: Management team and Executive Assistant
  • Assist the executive team in the development and implementation of strategic plans long-term vision
  • Monitor progress and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability
  • Act as a trusted advisor and right-hand person to the COO
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives
  • Prepare materials for executive meetings and follow up on action items
  • Support the execution of key strategic projects
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for the executive team. Provide insights and recommendations based on data and performance metrics
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor key performance indicators
  • Streamline operations and support the executive team in decision-making
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments. Facilitate communication, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure alignment on key initiatives
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to foster transparency and engagement
  • Manage company-wide announcements and communication channels
  • Ensure alignment of messaging with the company's values and goals
  • Lead and drive cross-functional projects that contribute to the company's growth and success including strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and organizational development
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Lead change management efforts related to organizational shifts, mergers, acquisitions, or other significant changes
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement
  • Monitor the impact of changes and make necessary adjustments to plans
