What the job involves
- We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to research, analyze, design, and validate Pipedrive’s core experiences across different channels and platforms
- You will gain a thorough understanding of our users’ needs regarding integrating with Pipedrive by utilizing a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods and will prototype solutions to improve its quality and user experience
- Work together with the product manager and rest of the team to explore opportunities, understand user needs and translate those into experiments, solutions and, in the end, elegant interface designs
- Initiate and organize user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the needs of Pipedrive’s users
- Dive into data points and a world of causation and correlation to learn more about user behavior
- Take ownership of design vision in your area and lead innovation through experimentation and user testing
- Create and maintain deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, etc.) to communicate ideas and validate solutions
- Ensure design consistency across the product by using our UX & Design Systems
- Work closely with engineers throughout a project’s lifecycle, providing support, refining the user experience, and dealing with technical constraints
- Collaborate with fellow designers to constantly refine Pipedrive’s design language
- Engage and influence stakeholders and your peers to communicate thought processes and deliverables
- Lead by example by sharing learnings and providing feedback to other designers
- Our design team with more than 50 members is looking for a Senior Product Designer for our Core product area to make Pipedrive the best Sales CRM software in the world

Since its foundation in Estonia in 2010, Pipedrive has grown into one of the world’s leading sales CRMs, rivalling the likes of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Agile. Indeed, it’s considered by many to be the best for sales management specifically.
Pipedrive’s growth from a five-person startup to 900-plus headcount across ten locations has been quite spectacular, but the last few years have seen the company go through a raft of significant changes. Chief among these is Vista Equity Partners majority investment in 2020, which brought unicorn status.
As well as this, former Google Director Dominic Allon also joined as CEO, while the company has also been expanding its executive team, with a particular focus on sales and marketing. The release of Pipedrive Pulse - which was designed to streamline prospecting workflows and focus on promising deals - strengthens Pipedrive's AI suite to an even greater degree. Already operating from a strong position, Pipedrive looks to be aiming for even greater growth.
