Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in GTM systems, CRM (preferably HubSpot), revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company — must
- Built or owned systems that support sales pipelines, pre-sale processes, and customer lifecycle operations
- Enjoy working closely with non-technical teams and can turn messy problems into clean system designs
- Strong sense of curiosity, tinkering, and hacking
- Strong grasp of tools in the modern GTM stack as well as SQL
- Comfortable in a technical environment, with preferable knowledge and ability to code
- Excited about the potential of AI to make sales and customer workflows smarter and more automated
What the job involves
- Join us as our Marketing Automation Manager and architect the AI-powered engine that unifies demand generation, optimal nurturing and routing, and revenue operations
- You’ll design and refine our GTM stack - spanning lead capture, opportunity management, and forecasting - so data flows seamlessly and our sales organization stays perfectly aligned
- This role is all about the heart of the funnel: pipeline management, opportunity workflows, deal acceleration, and post-sale handoffs
- You’ll work closely with go-to-market leaders to turn high-level goals into real, scalable systems
- You’ll spot gaps, solve edge cases, and ensure the entire funnel—from first meeting to closing—runs smoothly and intelligently
- Build and maintain the systems that power our opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sale workflows
- Design AI-native automations that surface next-best actions, trigger timely follow-ups, and improve deal velocity
- Connect GTM tools into one cohesive stack—and evolve that stack as we scale
- Work side-by-side with Sales and Customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Balance long-term scalability with short-term speed; we’re growing fast, and we need systems that can keep up

Its unified, cloud-based, and cost-effective solution offers continuous vulnerability assessment and efficient remediation.
Further solidifying its status as a leader in the industry, the company has expanded to offer a suite of free remediation and research platforms. And the company’s ‘vsociety’, is a free open-source social network for security professionals to collaborate on peer-to-peer vulnerability research. While the concept of vender user communities is hardly novel, Vicarius fills the need for democratized (vender influence free) information awareness around security research as a whole.
With over 600 clients spread across multiple tech industries, Vicarius is using funding to further solidify itself as a leader. Recently joining the CrowStrike Marketplace to deliver real-time detencion and automate remediation in a simple workflow. A huge move for the company and security teams worldwide.
