What the job involves

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Specialist to help us scale our micro-mobility function in the UK
As a Senior Operations Specialist you are going to be joining our team, to manage Bolt's e-bikes' daily operations
It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the fast-growing micro-mobility sector and Europe's transportation unicorn
Coordinating Bolt’s e-bike operations in London and other cities
Create and optimise processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run e-bike operations
Analyse data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics to ensure that e-bikes are deployed to high-demand areas
Manage the e-bikes fleet – be on top of the vehicle inventory and ensure high ride quality for our riders
Develop and execute strategies to increase our efficiency and solve all kind of operational challenges
