What the job involves
- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Talent Acquisition team at BlaBlaCar on a 6-month fixed term contract starting in April 2026. Their mission is to source, attract, hire and retain the best talent for the company
- As Talent Acquisition Manager, your role will be to help us achieve our hiring goals and recruit for all positions across the company (Business, Product & Engineering).
- You’ll be in charge of the end to end recruitment process until the closing date ensuring a top-notch candidate experience. You will be working with a team of 3 Talent Acquisition Managers
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting: building sourcing strategies, screening, assessing and closing talent to ensure our hiring roadmap delivery
- Ability to build trusting relationships with hiring managers
- Ensure candidates have the best interview experience
- Track key metrics for your recruiting activities
- Follow latest recruitment trends and market evolutions and suggest actionable insights to the team

- A 30-min video-call with Pierre, our Head of TA, Culture & Performance to assess your ability to drive high-performance hiring and your practical recruiting skills

Our take
Travelling can be an expensive process, with public transport and petrol costs quickly adding up. Many people choose to purchase last-minute bus tickets or travel in carpools to minimize costs and carbon emissions, but these opportunities can be difficult to find and there is no framework to locate them and assess their legitimacy.
BlaBlaCar provides an online marketplace to connect travellers with carpools and spare seats on buses in order to provide a budget alternative to traditional means of travel. Drivers can sign up to provide a carpool service, and BlaBlaCar verifies the identity and reviews of both carpool drivers and bus companies to ensure that the budget service is fully regulated.
Budget alternatives to traditional public transport and driving routes are nothing new, but BlaBlaCar has taken a unique approach by providing this regulated framework for carpooling. Furthermore, the company provides last-minute and predetermined bus seats, reducing costs for users whilst preventing buses from travelling wastefully with empty seats.
