Project Manager, Rockstar Games

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field
• Proven experience with 3+ years in project management, preferably in the IT or Security domain
• Strong understanding of IT / Security principles, technologies, and methodologies
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• An intrinsic sense of ownership, initiative, and drive
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and communication tools

Desirable

• We partner with team leads, directors, and subject matter experts across IT and Security
• We deliver end-to-end project execution for both internal team projects and cross-departmental efforts
• We ensure project requirements are understood across departments, that feasibility is established, and alignment is maintained through delivery
• Build collaborative processes with development teams that promote honest, transparent, and frequent communication
• Assist with project planning and execution by collaborating with leadership or subject matter experts on project requirements
• Handle cross-departmental coordination throughout each project’s life cycle
• Proactively identify and manage risks through escalation and communication
• Identify other teams within Rockstar with necessary technical knowledge and responsibilities to cultivate relationships in order to drive a project forward
