What the job involves
- Planning and execution of events that strengthen team cohesion. From after-work gatherings to multi-day offsites, you are responsible for the organization and implementation
- Execution of programs and formats that bring our values to life. You initiate and coordinate activities that foster an open and motivating work environment
- Organization and management of internal projects to enhance the workplace. This includes topics such as designing new office spaces or facilitating internal exchange formats
- Maintaining a well-organized work environment, managing office supplies, and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Coordinating service providers, subtenants, and suppliers to ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes and managing access rights
