Who you are

Must have solid sales experience, with B2B or B2C experience
Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets
CRM Experience (HubSpot Preferable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of the difference between value and features
Ability to work flexible shift patterns. Our UK opening hours are:
Monday-Friday 8am-8pm
Saturday-Sunday 8am-6pm

What the job involves

Manage a volume of call (these could be inbound or outbound) from a range of leads to potential customers
Build rapport, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan's service
Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation
Collaborate with your manager to optimise sales strategies
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement
Efficiently monitor and track your activity on a daily basis to ensure you're on going to hit and exceed monthly targets
