Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in business development, Country or Regional manager role in a Tech company
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or other analytical subjects
- Well-developed project management skills, ability to manage various internal and external stakeholders from all over the world
- Strong commercial skills and ability to build and maintain a strong network in the mobility ecosystem
- Strong project management skills
- Solid presentation skills and understanding of basic financial modeling
- Knowledge of tech & mobility industry is a plus
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Regional Business Development to join our Rides team
- You will enable and help grow a portfolio of strategic initiatives across the Rides vertical
- Your ability to understand specific market context, maintain a strong network of potential partners and project manage deals throughout their life cycle including implementation would be key attributes for your success in the role
- Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Investments and ride-hailing leadership to pinpoint robust partners in the vehicles financing sector
- Drive strategic fleet business development efforts within the region
- Own OEM discussions and collaboration at Bolt group level
- Originate meaningful partnerships that will accelerate the ride hailing growth agenda over the next years
- Help source and operationally set up Captive financing opportunities including strategic partnership with prominent players in the space
- Serve as a Project Management Office (PMO) for strategic partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across various departments
- Establish relationships with prospective and existing partners, ideate and design creative fleet growth initiatives
- Take on the responsibility of expanding a substantial network of car rental, new fintech, and car dealership entities active in the ride-hailing domain
- Support existing and new partners in expediting deployment and scaling post-deal execution, facilitating access to Bolt's resources and teams

And ride-hailing, shared vehicles and new technology like autonomous driving are all part of this shift. So, cities are pushing for safer and more efficient transport, which is encouraging mobility companies to invest in electric vehicles and even driverless solutions which could eventually reshape urban travel.
Bolt has positioned themselves right in the center of this change, with is leading mobility platform that offers ride-hailing services across more than 50 countries. Through its app, Bolt connects users with transport options designed to be affordable and simple.
Recently, the company partnered with Stellantis to explore Level 4 autonomous, driverless vehicles, showing just how far ahead Bolt is looking for its next phase of mobility.
That said, Bolt operates in a very crowded market and urban mobility is highly competitive, with many local and international players all trying to come out on top. Even so, demand for shared and on-demand transport is at an all time high and only growing. Bolt's broad geographic reach, focus on scale and willingness to invest in future technologies puts it in the perfect position to keep growing.
