Sales Support Specialist, Amplify

• The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of work experience in a related field
• 1+ years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com (Salesforce advanced training is a plus)
• Proven experience providing excellent customer service
• Strong ability to maintain accurate records and documentation of business information
• Ability to travel periodically (2-4 times a year for in-person meetings)

Desirable

• The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales team by addressing their administrative needs and ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales cycle
• This individual will work closely with Account Executives to build quotes, manage pipeline data, provide remote client support, and serve as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
• This position reports to the Manager of Sales Support
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and create accurate price quotes that align with those needs
• Ensure that all quotes comply with company policies, guidelines, and pricing standards
• Secure approval for any exceptions at various stages of the sales process
• Provide proactive support to the sales team, answering questions and resolving issues promptly
• Assist with pipeline management and system maintenance to ensure data accuracy and efficient workflow
• Offer remote, client-focused support as required, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Work effectively within a team, sharing responsibilities and collaborating on projects
• Handle additional related projects as assigned
